Spinach Fettucini Al triplo Burro / Alfredo
What you'll need
- About 1/2 pound of spinach fettucini
- 1/3 cup of heavy cream
- 3 1/2 Tablespoons of butter
- A couple pinches of nutmeg
- 1 1/3- 1 1/2 cups of grated Parmesan
- 3/4 tsp of ground pepper
- pinch of salt

While the fettucini is on boil, combine the cream, butter, and nutmeg over medium heat until they start to simmer. Add the Parmesan slowly, along with 4 1/2-6 Tablespoons of the fettucini cooking water, pepper and salt. Drain the fettucini when it is still slightly undercooked and toss it in the sauce over a medium heat until coated well.
